My new Fitbit tells you (not sure how) this info too. Quite neat... I still need to explore a bit more of it, before doing a review post about it.
I am not sure how you can solve your sleep problem, but I am also a hard sleeper, and I find that sometimes it pays off more, to make one 10-12 hours sleep a week, then actually trying to sleep 7 hours every day... on which almost sure 2 will go away, because I can't start sleeping.
Anyway, just steem a bit more. Then the rest will do the job =)
