By 2022, assuming he got enough in the polls to allow him on the national debate stage in 2020... to the point where he became as well known as did Ross Perot in 1992, could he be elected to mayor of a small city of around 20,000 or less? Could a few libertarians running for city council coat-tail the strategy?
