I used to worry myself sick over not reaching goals. Now I put forth my best effort and if I reach my goal I'm happy if I don't I keep trying.

Yep, that's all we really can do. I feel like goals are a great thing to have, but it's pointless to get depressed and give up over not reaching them. Thanks for reading and sharing!
