Adults can often learn something from children.
At school, all children must write something positive about another child in their class.
This received my 6 year old daughter from her classmates.
On every note there was something nice written.
For example
-you are sweet
-you can work well together
-you can do a lot
-you always work hard
-you can draw well
-you are nice
-you can make jokes
-I like your shoes
Actually, colleagues at work should also do this at least once a year I think.
Often the negative (improvement) points are discussed in detail and the positive qualities too little.
When colleagues discuss positive qualities from each other they will do much more for each other and it will become a closer team.
Everyone has a number of positive qualities.
Hola @gurb .
I think children like this. And it will probably be good for them too. But colleagues among themselves ... I already shiver.
@s3rg3 Your positive qualities I think are:
-you just stay yourself;
-you dare to give your own opinion;
-you are an good and sweet person;
-have a great music taste;
-also enjoy life (a bon vivant);
-you post great items at steemit;
-you have a lot of knowledge in the field of Apple and ICT;
-have a nice hairstyle;
-and you are a good friend.
Keep it up!
Greetings from the @gurb
