SELF REFLECT
Self Reflecting can be super freaking hard and you might need to do it more than once in your life. Some people self reflect without even knowing and some people don't self reflect at all throughout their whole life which can be annoying for other people in their life as well. If you don't consider self reflecting it doesn't only affect other people, it will affect you sooner or later.
This post i find very important and for anyone to read.
I experienced this at the end of last year and ever since then it has been very easy to correct myself and know exactly what my faults are even if it takes me a second to pull myself up for my mistakes. I started to realise i was in the process of self reflecting when i started to feel down about myself and who i was and becoming. I had an outside look of my situation at the time and i lost a lot of people in a short period of time and i soon realised half of it was my doing.
Not sure how to fix it but want to make it better
Approach someone that you think could either be a good listener, help you or be honest with you. Do NOT go to someone who will comfort you and tell you its everyone else's fault except yours even though that's what you want to hear and they make you feel better about the situation its not true and its not what you need.
If you don't feel like talking to anyone about your feelings or faults you can also write down your faults and flaws and what you don't particularly like about who you are BUT if you are going to to do any of this make sure you don't pin point what you don't like about yourself and then dwell on it and never fix it because your headspace will get 10 times worse!
MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THROUGH!!!
This wont be easy and it will be an emotional process. Once you figure out what you need to fix figure out how to fix it. Had a falling out with a friend that you miss? ... Then message them and sort it out, if they don't want to work on the issue with you then you need to except it and move on and just hope things will be better one day. Some things you wont have control over and you will need to understand and except it.
It is important to try and not put yourself down throughout self reflecting there will always be a reason in why you are doing something or acting a certain way, dig deep, be aware, fix it and except but most importantly BE HAPPY.
