Blog #43: Peach Blossom - Feeling lost and feeling blue 🌸🌸🌸

Today is coldest day of this winter I guess. Going out in early morning and feel like whole body is freezing.

In the stream of people at the peak hour, I realize a similar color - the lovely pink of Peach Blossom.
Oh, people start selling Peach Blossom along the street I’m going through.
It means Lunar Year Holiday - Vietnamese Traditional Festival is coming.

As a traditional flower and a symbol of luck, joy and happiness, Peach Blossom is always in Vietnamese’s heart and arouses us about the most meanningful time of year. Suddenly feel warm up in the midwinter for that color.

Time is passing. Every traditional meanning is gradually fading out. Now Lunar Festival is not as special as before.
Seeing Peach Blossom, feeling homesick, missing the olden times.

The new year song suddenly resounds in my mind...

No more champagne

And the fireworks are through

Here we are, me and you

Feeling lost and feeling blue
...
