If you are not a professional chef and not an obsessed gourmet, then it's silly to spend a lot of time thinking about food. Read several popular books about healthy eating beforehand and decide what you eat at least the next month.
Announce some places in the apartment zone of order
What zones can there be? It is obvious that the kitchen and work tables. It can be bedside tables, a sink and an anteroom. Perhaps you have your own ideas on this.
These places should be cleaned immediately, as soon as they have an extra object. No matter how unpleasant, but after a hearty dinner you should wash the dishes. In the morning you will be grateful to yourself.
