Wednesday was another restday for me after the stressful period. From now on I will get back into my routine and do more things on a day. Those restdays are nice but not when it's the third one.
In the morning I read the newspapers (drank a little bit too much coffee) and did some cooking. The rest of the day was filled with Netflix, PS4 and Liverpool-Chelsea.
Sounds good, but it was kind of boring. For Thursday I have a goal list again with some exercise and I need to get a new haircut etc. It's better to be a little bit busy than to rest an entire day, although I still feel tired.
I also want to cook more often and a little bit more special. In the past (when I was living with my girlfriend from then) I did some intense cooking everyday. It's harder to do it when you're alone, but I want to continue that. It makes me happy and I eat healthier when I do that, although I use a little bit of oil every now and then. I found a vegan chef on YouTube and I will make some of his recipes this weekend I think. Maybe share some with you with some nice pictures.
Well, I've got enough ideas on how not to have a lazy day... I will enjoy life more from now on. Netflix or a PS4 doesn't make you happy and is only nice when I worked hard the whole day!
