Hello, it's midday Pacific Standard time.

My sleep schedule is back to normal. Woke up at around 7am with 7 to 8 hours of sleep.

My sleep was pretty jacked up about a month ago. I was working a part time side gig. It was graveyard hours. So yeah that lasted about a month before I realized yeah the hours are not going to work for me. Not enough pay to fuck up my sleep like that. Much respect to those that do graveyard though.

Anyway, it took a few weeks to reset the cycle and now I'm back to normal.

I went for another run today. I should get them out of the way in the morning but it takes so much energy for me to get going in the morning. It's something I've always struggled with. Not because I'm lazy its just I'm wired a bit different.

Anyway, I went for a run right before lunch. I lucked out as it was overcast and windy. I think I got in about 1.75 miles before I gassed out. Making progress though. So I am happy about that. Tomorrow is rest day. And come friday should be able to get closer to that 3 mile mark.

Made bread this morning. It's still baking, smells so good. It's almost done. Getting closer to getting that recipe down. I like to used unbleached flour so it's been a little more difficult perfecting my recipe. I think the flour doesn't rise as easily as the bleached one. Who knows, the bread tastes pretty good, that's what matters to me lol.

On the cryptoverse front, the markets keep bleeding. To be honest its all algorithmic trading and psychological warfare. I probably should stop looking at the market daily. Maybe cut it down to once a week, perhaps even once a month? Also, have to keep reminding myself stop focusing on price its irrelevant. Fiat is trash remember lol.

On the programming front, finished the Python tutorial last night. Learned about Objects and Classes. From what I gathered classes are data type's with attributes. Whereas object's are instances of classes. Or something like that haha. That's it for now. Will finish up a Visual Code studio tutorial later today.

Ok until next time folks, keep grinding my friends.
