It is Saturday morning Pacific Standard time.

Woke up around 6am. Had a decent sleep.

Took a bit to get going in the morning, but did my usual, check out Youtube, see what's going on in the world. Mainly the crypto world. As we all know, markets took a nose dive. Since May 2021 markets have been volatile AF. They finally seem to have capitulated to the down side and now I suppose its just a matter of how low can they go.

My strategy is buy and hold. Time is on our side, as the banksters and algortyhmic traders are in it for the quick buck. They have super short time horizons. See they have astronomical debt payments. They need quick money to keep the whole PONZI scheme going. I suppose right now they are selling like crazy so they can make good on these PAYMENTS. Who knows, I hold. I don't want FIAT trash lol.

After checking out the cryptoverse news I finally got around to going for a run. I though Thursday was my rest day but I was wrong. Friday' are my rest days. Anyway at around 9am I went for a 3 mile run. It wasn't to hot or too cold. Good weather for a run. There were a lot of people out but not going to lie the majority were out of shape lol. It felt good being one of the people in better shape haha. I finished the 3 mile loop wihtout stopping for walk. I was hurting a little towards the end but I got it done. Satrudays are suppose to be long run days. But 3 miles will do for now. Come Tuesday, the real marathon starts. I am proud of myself for sticking to my plan and following through. I was a lazy fuck, literally dying as I sat my ass 8 hours a day doing a shitty job. I am glad I don't have to do that anymore. And now I am focusing back on my healht. I was in tip top shapy 2-3 years ago. Getting back there. It feels good.

On the programming fron. Finished an intro tutorial to python and started doing some exercises/projects for beginners. What I found super helpful so far is learnign how to navigate Visual Studio Code. A lof of these intructors take it as a given that peple know how to use these text editors. I think there should be a bigger emphasis on learning how to used the editors first, and then learn the basics of coding. I don't know maybe I'm wrong, but its been helpful knowin all the short cuts on Visual Studio and registering them to muscle memory.

I got through some of the pyhton exercises but ran into a small snag when doing the "Hangman" one. When executing I thnink it got stuck in an infinite loop. So next up is learning and grasping how to debug. I think that will be very very useful.

Alright folks hope you have a wonderful weekend. I didn't really proofread. Just dis a free flow. So sorry for they typos and grammatical errors lol.

Peace y'all
