Yup, agree. Well, not for me in a bikini at least...
Just make sure you are getting proper nutrition. A lot of people do these "starve myself" diets, which cause more harm to the body, than actually losing the weight!

I know right, but that goes too far for me. I am a food lover, and can't live my life without enjoying my foods. It is a sad reality though we lose are fitness of younger days, but it has its charm growing older. :)
