Hi, guys!
I have the last spurts left in working on the text, I have to finish writing the climax and the ending, just a little bit. Today my husband is at work for a day, so I have a day when he will not be home and I am left to my own devices, and I really hope that I will have time to work as closely as possible with the text and write as much as possible (and in my heart I generally hope to finish it), so that by the weekend I will definitely finish everything.
And here it is.
Next week I am already planning to start restoring my normal life, so I really want to finish the first draft of the text by the end of this week and in principle I have every chance to do it, because I have almost collected all the plot lines and only a little bit remains to be done, only to finish the ending. Therefore, I need to try my best to just finish all the endings and bring them to a logical conclusion.
After that, I will send the text to the beta, and I will reread it again, this time with a timer, because I want to understand how much time it takes to read it, because so far it seems to me that the text is somehow too short and needs to be expanded. At some point, I even started googling how many thousand characters there are in The Hobbit and whether I have less, and it turned out that The Hobbit has 410 thousand characters. So far I have less, but I plan to finish at least fifty more today, so it will be about the same, but The Hobbit is not the thickest book.
I have a volume limit from the publisher, but for now this is the first volume, I think they will be more flexible with the subsequent ones.
Let's see if I can finish the first draft over this weekend. I really hope so.
Have a great day everyone!
