Hi, guys!
My treatment for depression is over and after the course I feel much better, next week I'm returning to an active life. I need to start writing and training again, and I also want to restore work on the Fiver platform. All this requires time and effort, but I hope that I will gradually get into the process. Today I need to go to the post office to pick up parcels, and they promised that it would be very cold, but I think I can run quickly.
I also want to take the dogs to get their claws trimmed and sign up for eyebrow correction, but these are all small tasks that can be easily done. But tomorrow I have training again, and this is already more difficult, but I think everything will work out.
I need to get back to drawing again, so I need to devote time to this too, and I also want to get back to playing the flute, this needs to be restored gradually, 15 minutes a day, I want to start little by little, slowly, because restoring this process is always difficult.
I also decided to add regular cardio to my workouts, so that it would not only be strength training and so that the training would also help with weight loss, because strength training has not affected this in any way so far, so I will have more of it.
I will work out at home on the orbitrek or try to remember the choreography that I used to do.
Have a great day everyone!
I hope your trip wasn't too cold. Your dogs look like they're enjoying a relaxing day :)
