Life and writing

Hi, guys!

I continue to treat my depression this week and will most likely spend this week calming down, getting my routine in order and getting ready for productive work throughout the rest of the month. So far, I have made relatively good progress in my treatment, and I need to keep it up. So now I will not overload myself, but will just gradually tune in to returning to a normal schedule, without overloading myself.

I need to go to a few split workouts this week, but I will try to relax as much as possible and do exactly as much as I can, without counting on being able to train a full program, so that I have energy left to calmly spend the rest of the day.

I found contemporary classes near my home, but it is not yet clear whether they teach adults. I want to clarify this point and if suddenly it is possible to go there for individual classes, if this is possible at all.

I am very happy with the classes in my new studio, I get along very well with the trainer, and it's just super. Now I am sure that I will be comfortable during the trainings and this really motivates me to go to them regularly, because apparently with the previous one I was still not comfortable and because of this we had conflicts, now there is no such thing and everything is fine during the classes.

I don't know how long I will have to recover before I can take part in some competitions, but in the end I would really like it.

Have a great day everyone!
