Yesterday I still couldn't get to the gym, but I'll try again on Monday. So far it's been too hard for me, but I hope that by Monday I'll have enough strength to cope with this task. Now I need to somehow make it so that I simply have more seats during the day, and my new app tracks this. I'm trying to sleep more and eat properly, but so far I'm not doing too well.

Now I'm going to finish working on the posts and then go to the cosmetics store, buy myself something nice. After that I need to go to the post office and pick up the parcels. In principle, nothing difficult. Yesterday I started working out with a new sports app and today I definitely need to continue, because it forms a stack of days that you work out in a row, and I really like that.

I'll probably need to add more abdominal exercises, but I'm not ready to do that yet. I'll need to add this to non-training days, because on training days I spend three hours in the gym anyway.

I also thought it would be nice to start a new blog on Patreon, but for now it's just an idea. I don't know if it's worth it. For now, I'm thinking of doing free text posts and paid videos there. But I don't know if anyone would want to subscribe. Let's see.

So far, I do very few useful things during the day. My husband says that I deserve a rest because I've been working too hard in the past months, but I find it hard to come to terms with that. But maybe he's right.

Have a great day, everyone!
