Hi, guys!
I continue my fight with depression, and today I decided to change my strategy. I decided that since I can’t get myself to work yet, I’d better try walking for now. I haven’t been out with the dogs for a long time, so I can start with that. Today we’ll go for a walk not far from home, because going for a long walk is still very anxious for me, we’ll get used to the new state of affairs gradually.
I received mushroom spawn in the mail, I’ll have to go pick them up. I’ve had some like that before, and so I decided to repeat the experience again. Growing mushrooms at home is very interesting, and eating fresh ones is very pleasant.
Now I’m trying not to think about the fact that I have a work process at a standstill, first I need to pull myself out of depression. All means are good for this, so I’ll use the entire available arsenal. Walks? Sleep? Healthy eating? Reading? Good rest? Vitamins? Everything, everything that comes to mind, I’ll use absolutely everything to come to my senses.
So today I'll start with a walk, and tomorrow I'll have a workout, and sports will be added. This is also a good source of energy, though not right away, so tomorrow I'll probably just be tired, but that's okay. Over time, it will start to bring energy.
