My first writing feedback

in #blog17 hours ago

Hi, guys!

Yesterday was my first consultation with the curator about the text of my novel and I was so nervous before it for nothing. Everything turned out to be not as scary as I thought, everything went well. I thought that I would have to redo everything, but it turned out that I did much better than I thought.

We met in the evening, by the evening only memories remained of my nervous system. We had an hour to talk, and we had a very productive conversation. Olga went over my plan, synopsis and text. She left comments in the text so that I could correct the mistakes later.

She pointed out the biggest problems in the text to me so that I could think about them, and now I already know how to correct them, and accordingly I can continue working. Now I have time until February to fix everything and prepare for the second consultation and for the presentation at the publishing house. I hope everything goes well and they accept me there. In fact, it would be really great, because I would like to have a publishing house behind me that would accept my book.

The main thing now is to focus on work, correct the mistakes that exist, and continue working. Now I feel very inspired for this, and this is very good, it means I can continue working productively.

This weekend I will rest and come to my senses for now, and on Monday I will return to active work. I need to correctly prioritize so that everything works correctly, and I hope I can do it.

Over the weekend, I hope to finish watching Shadowhunters and take from this series all the information I can to complement the world of my book, and then I can get down to work. I want to further expand my world, add creatures to it.

Now I have a lot of active work ahead of me, but I am no longer afraid, but on the contrary, interested. It's great that I managed to achieve this feeling.

Have a great day everyone!
