Hi, guys!
Today in the evening I was spending my time in SWtoR (I totally deserved it:), and while playing I was thinking about my recent activities and what they're all about.
Some ideas came to my mind I'd like to share here, so today it will be such an "evening thoughts writing" post.
- Magic of tidying up
I did my tidying up, global tidying up already about a month ago. I threw away and gave away so much stuff, and the main trick is - I already don't remember what exactly was there.
For me it means only one thing: they were not belongings I really needed. So, this tidying up made significant changes in my life:
- I have much more living space
- I know where all my things are
- I now have access to things I love, and use them. Before they were under a layer of unused things, so a single thought about trying to pull them out was a nightmare
- My house looks much more pretty and I enjoy how it looks
- Everyday cleaning, such as dusting is much more easier when you have no extra things on surfaces
- I actually know what is in my wardrobe and I have use for all my cloth
And the last, but not the least... You know, I really love the expression that tells that if you want something new to come to your life you need to clean place for it. In other words - if you have too much of old tings there's no space for new ones. And this space appeared.
- 2. Magic of physical activities
Well, here I overdone a bit, but nevertheless. I took so much new classes that at the moment all my life is physical pain, BUT! It really is something that makes me happy.
Taking care of my body takes care of my mind at the same time. In gym I forget almost about everything, and when you have to fight mental illness sometimes it's vital. Sport gives me:
- Better body condition
- Better sleep (yes, even despite the fact that I have serious problems with it. OK, even after a really hard training I don't fall asleep as a kid, but it becomes slightly easier, and I have to be thankful even for that).
- More outdoor time, and this means more fresh air and sun
- More entertainment with my dog (yes, she's my companion for outdoor training)
- Feeling myself more confident
- And OK, ability to eat more sweets sometimes. With no guilt and regrets:)
- Magic of challenging myself
This is a new point in my list. All of a sudden I thought - how about making a challenge for myself like "things to do before I'm thirty?". And I'm thirty really soon, I have only a couple of months left. Let me be more specific here.
I'm an introvert, a deep introvert. So I don't really enjoy going out and talking to other people, I don't find it neither interesting, nor relaxing. But I love adventures and trying something new. So, I decided that at least every three days during these couple of months I will try some new experience. After all, I already started, and it's a good start. As I said in my previous post only this week I tried five new activities, and I hope to try one more on weekend.
For a long time I was seeking for the way to get impressions with minimal social interaction, and today, all of a sudden I understood that the answer is right here: just try something new on a regular basis. You can do it yourself:)
I wish you all the best and will be happy if you'll support me with vote:)
Love, Inber

Хороший, мотивирующий текст!
Хочется брать пример :)
Good, motivating text!
Very relatable to a fellow introvert :) It's good to go out of your comfort zone...at least that's what everyone says...but constantly forcing an introvert to spend time with people - that's plain torture! Completely agree with doing one new thing every day. It just gets a bit hard when you work full time and just want to bury yourself in the bed when you finally come home :D
