New app for life and new diagnosis

in #blog11 days ago

Hi, guys!

Yesterday I found a cool new app that helps you monitor your sleep and plan your day taking into account energy peaks. The app is called Rise and is available for Apple and Android. So far I have only tested it for one day, but I already think that I will most likely buy an annual subscription. It turned out to be very informative.

Today I have training in the evening, and I am a little nervous. I have again fallen out of the habit of leaving the house, so I need to get used to it again. And again I do not know what to cook for myself to eat, so this also causes me extra stress. And I also have no idea what to do before training, because I have no energy at all for anything.

I am worried that I still can’t get into work, but I understand that my worries only make things worse. I need to relax and give myself the opportunity to smoothly enter the regime. And if I get nervous, it will only drag on even more in time. So I need to calm down and just give myself the opportunity to go with the flow for a while.

In addition, yesterday I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia, and this is another reason why I may not have the strength for anything. Therefore, you need to listen to your body and not force it, give it time to recover and wait until the drugs start to work.

But it literally kills me that I do not know how to fill my time. Previously, I filled it with work, and when I cannot get involved in it, it turns out that a lot of time is wasted, and I do not know what to do with this time, and it is just terrible.

I am really looking forward to the moment when I can finally calmly sit down at the table and start working calmly, I believe that this moment will come very soon. I just need to wait a little more and heal a little more.

With the help of the new app, I hope that I will be able to finally regulate my sleep pattern and it will become easier for me to live.

Have a great day everyone!
