Sport schedule and diet changes - I'm still alive:)

in #blog6 years ago

Hi, guys!

I'm still getting used to posting to my blogs from other computer (reminder - my dog killed my laptop), so I do it not regularly, but I'll fix that:)

This week was kind of a challenge for me, cause my personal trainer at gym changed my daily ration and training program on 360 degrees. So, this and next weeks (and may be more) I train 6 days a week, for two hours each day. I work not to gain muscles, but to get rid of extra fat, that's why my training schedule is so saturated. Today is my first "day-off", and I think my body knows it, cause from the very morning I feel like a pudding. I have absolutely no wish to get up, and go on hugging my dog, waiting for the right time to leave for DnD Friday game.

My diet also was changed by my trainer, but it went a bit wrong. I was supposed to eat only fruits and vegetables, and I did for five days, than on day six, yesterday, I suddenly felt badly and it went on for about 6 hours. It ended up with my hubby cooking me some buckwheat, I ate it with some milk and it really made me feel better. I think my stomach is just not used to such amount of   acid food.

So, basically everything is OK with me and Astro, and soon I hope to share some new artworks:)

See you in the next post!

Love, Inber

Well done! Remember that sleep and rest are also very important. Proper nutrition, healthy sleep 9+ hours and exercise! Good luck!

Inber!
Keep up the good work. Sounds like your getting some momentum.

So I have an epic children's book.
I've seen your art on Steemit for 2 years. You're the perfect illustrator. I'm such a fan.

What do you think of doing some freelance work and collaborating to get my book illustrated?

I'd be happy to send you a google doc so you can see the story. See if it sparks and inspiration
