Hi, guys!

Now I have started to return to my sports activities and yesterday I went to active training for the first time. I managed to distribute my energy over all three hours, so I lasted all three training sessions and I am very proud of myself, tomorrow I will have to do the same. And now the main thing is to stay in this mode and get into it, so that I can live like this and get used to it.

I also need to change my diet so that it helps me train and does not interfere. Tomorrow I am going to put a glucose sensor on my arm to track sugar peaks, this is an experiment that I have been wanting to do for a long time. It will be very interesting to see the results. Ideally, I need to learn to live without them at all. Let's see if I can adjust my diet.

Tomorrow I have training again in the same active mode, but now I am not so scared, now I understand that I can distribute my energy over three hours, and this is quite possible. I will gradually increase the load, and gradually restore my athletic form.

On Sundays I still have individual personal training sessions on exotic dance, where we will set me individual choreography, which I will then be able to practice in group classes at the studio, I think this is a great option. And then perhaps I will be able to connect to more complex combinations.

I still need to write a synopsis, today I hope to do this in more detail. Maybe something good will come out. Let's make coffee and sit down to work.
