Taking things really slowly

in #blog3 months ago

Hi, guys!

Now I try to do everything as slowly as possible. I haven't waited for the new antidepressants to start working yet, so I can't study or work at full capacity, I can only wait for the new pills to work, so I try to fill my days with something pleasant and something that doesn't require mental and physical effort from me.

Yesterday I decorated my new backpack with badges and decorated my book shelf with a new garland, after that I spent the whole evening reading a book, and today I'll probably do the same, because I don't have the strength for anything else. The backpack turned out to be very bad and I had to order a new one, but it's okay, in the end I'll find one that suits me perfectly.

Today I plan to tidy up my room a little, I need to dust the bookshelves, especially the white ones, and then I can lie down and read. It's very difficult to cope with the feeling that you don't want anything and I'm not very good at it yet, but I'm trying.

Next week I'm already planning to start trying to add at least something useful to my schedule, because I don't have the opportunity to take a break from studying and working for so long, I need to move forward, no matter how hard it is, and I hope I will succeed at something.

But today I definitely won't do anything useful, so I'll just spend this day with a book, and tomorrow I'll think about what to do next.

Have a great day everyone!

I hope you have a good weekend! I'm sure it's tough to not feel like wanting to do anything.
