Our relationship with normality is so subtle and yet so powerful. We're simultaneously drawn to, and repulsed by things that cross this very thin line.
It has it's roots in our need for safety and security, it's a very primal drive, hence it's profound influence on us.
By questioning our relationship with normality we can begin to explore the deeper and oftentimes darker aspects of ourselves. Uncovering unconscious drives and fears that steer us, too often, blindly through life. Bringing to awareness our shortcomings and blind-spots, our hangups and prejudices - the failings and conflicts that hold us captive in a perpetual battle of endless comparison and inner conflict.
If through this exploration we can perhaps come to some deeper understanding of each other, of the nature of humanity, then I say the journey is worthwhile.
Lets explore the edges of normality, together !
