I’m right there with you. I started using a fit bit just to track my sleep and it’s bad. I know some of the reasons but when those factors are absent it’s not always better.
Melatonin gives me crazy dreams that wake me up at night. I’ve tried cbd capsules and the dreams are even more intense.
The thing that’s worked the best for me is ZzzQuil. But it’s not always a guarantee.
I think it’s just healthy habits and routine which I feel like I can rarely do and it sounds like that would be hard for you too with your schedule.
Yoga helps you relax and get ready for sleep too. There are sleep routines too. I need to try that.
