Pasta Gang
Ever wanted to take your gang out for dinner? Well you can now. On Tuesday 9th, the Gucci Osteria started accommodating its first guests at the heart of the Gucci garden in Florence. Now, you might judge this as another gimmick from the fashion giant.
Then again, you have to acknowledge that the chef is no other than the man himself, Massimo Bottura. FYI, Massimo Bottura is the guy who opened that Osteria Francescana, named best restaurant in the world in 2016. Thus it is no wonder that the menu sports a variation of different pasta creations, considering it was pasta that made Bottura famous in the first place. The dishes range from 20 to 36 Euro, which is actually not that much, to not say cheap, if you consider standard menu prices for Luxembourg (In regards to elevated gastronomic establishments).
How does Gucci get themselves a cook like Massimo Bottura? Well, Bottura and Marco Bizzarri, chief executive of Gucci (the real Gucci Gang pack leader - sorry Lil Pump), are said to be childhood friends.
So, book your flight and head to Florence! Enjoy the city, seek for Juliette. If you do not find her, head to the Gucci Garden and enjoy Massimo Bottura's master work for half the price you'd pay at the Osteria Francescana. (Seriously, 30 Euro at the Gucci Osteria? The cheapest dish on Osteria Francescana's menu are the 60 Euro spaghetti)
Cheers, Jimmy
