So colorful!
Is this edited at all? This is lovely. The myriad of colours cast a fragmented rainbow across the black water, fighting the darkness. Stylisation is reminiscent of William Turner's paintings, check them out.
No it is not edited, the water effect is created by the long exposure. And well, somebody decided to decorate the building with those lights, normally it is white :P I will have a look, thanks!
I really appreciate you posting the camera settings for the image. I am new to really exploring photography, and it's helpful to see the differences between shots.
Great page! Followed!
Awesome to hear that you are exploring photography, the settings are indeed useful when starting out. But since no condition is the same they will not work in every setting. In this case what was important for me were the low ISO (higher quality) high aperture (sharper image) and long exposure (bot needed since its dark and to get the water effect). Have fun!
What is that architecture? A little description would be better for us to understand who are not from around that place.
It is called The Eye, it is film museum: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EYE_Film_Institute_Netherlands
Thanks for the clarification.

It is a Film Museum called The Eye, normally it is white
Nice. What building is that?
It is called The Eye
I did a double take and had to click to get a better view. At first glance, it looked like it could be a colorful artcar at Burning Man! • Awesome shot. ⭐️
It's looks a Christmas wrapped spaceship! You captured at least three people that are fairly clear. Did those people just not move or is just the distance. Anyways, great picture.
