Lets Get Back To Long Exposures

in #blog7 years ago

One of my first tries, I actually did set the ISO to 100! I used to always use auto. I did leave the lens dirty though...

Great moody shot @juliank! Did your camera automatically make it f/22 because of the long shutter speed? Or did you use manual mode?

Cheers buddy

I am also learning to take long exposure shots these are really amazing and look dramatic.

Nice Shot @juiank Resteemed and Share on Steemit Viral Facebook Page by @irfansardar Good Luck!

Still a beautiful photo. Gorgeous actually.

I remember learning the hard way to make sure that lens is clean. 😉

Nice frame shot and manual ISO first try is really nice though... keep it up @juliank . Upvoted !
Also look at my profile on @sakpoo for photography and different framing :)

This was your first picture on manual?? Oh my.... You have a good eye.

I need to try doing long exposures... But maybe I need a tripod first! :)

Nice shot! What are the mounted woods for? 🙂

This is amazing....😯

nice one...
imho the sky is a little overexposed and add few to the image..

tryto crop it and focus on the water and the ramp

some small hints for long exposure:

  • disable lens stabilization
  • disable autofocus
  • disable nr modes
  • use a remote control or a timer to start the exposure
  • lower iso as much as possible
  • shoot raw (this is always valid :)

in this way you avoid micro movements and you have full control on the image on postpro

how can you this @juliank . i need to learn this
