Towers like these are indeed quite rare. Do you want to freeze movement like the photo above? In that case you want to use a fast shutter speed, like the 1/1000 sec used for this photo

Almost at the same time, the three people lowest on the photo jumped first. Then the 2 people at the top had a running start to get further
