This morning i went for an Hour walk on the outskirts of Town on a Windy warm bleak looking day, we desperately need some rain soon
I also wanted to Run a little to test my ankle and my ankle came through the test, i will be further testing gradually as the days/weeks go on
For Lunch we had homemade Bacon & Egg Sandwiches and they were super yummy i think i could eat them again
Nothing better than home made on fresh bread
The sun coming out here now so i suppose i better mow the lawns

I do slightly different version with cheese and toasted bread.
Probably a mix between the eggs benedict and the sandwich.
Today woke up very late so I have skipped lunch.
