I have had bouts with insomnia throughout most of my life. I feel like having a routine and physical activity, like you mentioned, has positively impacted my sleep quality. I am off my schedule now as well and am trying to get back into a good pattern. It is hard when the pattern has to come from your want not a need from a job or in your case military. Hope you find some rest :)
