Previous update:

We pick up where we left off in our previous update, working on the body mount brackets.
I cleaned it back off in order to fill the gaps so water can't collect and sit on the uneven surface.
I filled the gaps and shaped it, then put a coat of paint on, this is the final result. However, I noticed another body mount was out of spec.
I cleaned the area up, then backed it with copper. If you see the pattern of the cab mount, the only part i need to be in spec are the flat sides, which will allow me to tighten the mount on and keep it from rotating.
I started building the sides up with weld beads, to bring it past spec.
Started filing the sides in to bring it back to spec. width.
The flat sides are cut to perfect width to grip the mount tightly, I didn't bother recreating the round portions, but I did fill in the pitted areas around it.
Current status, more to come as I go.
