I'm not really sure how I should move forward from here on out

Getting into the military after highschool felt like a blessing for me, the physical strain during the day helped me fall asleep easy and sleep throughout the whole night.

less sit more movement - eat non processed foods.

Thinking about it, wont help...doing something will, immesauarably.
