Full fat everything, very low carbs. Lots of cheese and butter.
fair amount of meat.
All saturated fats - NO vegetable oils except olive- saturated)

Been doing this for the last 5 years (I'm 50) - lost weight, feel healthier than ever, and l sleep and think better than I have for decades on the 'healthy style living'.
(sold to us by the profit motivated food companies)

I've been interested in foods an nutrition for decades, so when this type of diet came up - I give it a go - and never looked back.
(and all your food tastes fantastic - I think that natures hint lol)

(Miss breads a_lot_ , and fall off the wagon regularly)

edit : oh, and i haven't been ill for one day since I swapped over diet..not even headaches.
