Very good post on our diets and weight gain. Where did you get the no list? I don't agree with everything on it. Eating carbs. like potatoes / rice/ pasta is fine in moderation or when you have an active lifestyle. There are a lot of foods on the no list that are good for you. Moderation is key.

The “no list” is from Dr. Gundry and his book. Look up his channel or video’s. Maybe the most insightful healthy approach to eating I have read/viewed.

It’s all about the “lectins”....for example : sweet potatoes not white potatoes. No beans, but listen as to why. I didn’t make the connection, beans are also very big in Mexico and they are #2.
