Look at you! You were born only a few months ago and we can barely see your neck, your family will call you "little turtle", soon you will start hating milk, as a prelude to the fitness freak that you will become in the future. If your mom only knew about almond or coconut milk haha.
I don't need to give this advice because you are doing it great! Enjoy your grandparents. They won't be here long, The beautiful blue in the eyes of your grandma will fade because of liver cancer and two years later sadness, loneliness and the same monstruos illness will make his interesting purple rim eyes vanish.
You won't see your cousins once you move to Europe, yes! You read it. You will spend the rest of your life in Switzerland, but that is another story! Something that won't change will be your taste for your thumb. You will give up the addiction when you will be 12 but even at 27 if you place your thumb between your lips, the touch of the roof of your mouth will be one of the most comforting feelings.
Close your eyes and let the breeze of the sea possess your body because you, tropical thing, will be lucky enough to see the beach only once a year but never with the company of your people. Eat as much seafood as you can! You will still love them at 27, although a few weeks ago you were food poisoned because you left them in the fridge too long haha
Be the happy little baby you are, because rough times will come. There will be tears in your eyes and not because you want more candy, they will be there to be the greatest teachers in your life and like nails coming out of your tear duct they will hurt to remind you how lucky you are and how unfair the world. The reason? You might never understand it.
