When I was in London I noticed something particular when riding the underground. Almost all the people in the train put on a sad face. Sometimes there was a neutral face, usually a grumpy or sad face. I had a lot of trouble finding a single person who seemed to be having a good time.

No Reason
People tend to get sad for seemingly no reason, or they feel down for again seemingly no reason. They are having an 'okay day' for no reason. So why don't they smile for no reason? Why don't they feel good for no reason?
Smiles are Healthy
We all know smiling is healthy. It leads to the release of 'happy chemicals' in our brain which makes us feel good. People who smile during the day look more beautiful and therefore attract more positive messages from people around them. People that appear to be grumpy all the time are less likely to receive some good vibes from their environment which in return makes them feel less happy and therefore makes them appear more grumpy.
Just Smile!
So tomorrow I want to invite you to just smile 20 times extra for no reason at all, simply because you can, and because when you smile you look 10 times more beautiful, feel 10 times better, and will receive 10 times more good vibes then when you are being a grumpy old sack!
Love that smile!
