About the council tax, I am also a Britt and have had my fair share of encounters with these vermin. It's probably a bit late now because you have consented to their statutory laws but for future reference look up the freeman movement, John Harris or Michael of Bernicia have very easy ways to combat the empty threats that are made by these pirates.
Micheal of Bernicia even managed to get the taxman to back off. :)

Well annoyingly when I recently move I had to go with an agent, what a mistake always gone private. I had to move quick see. So very kindly according to them the give out your details the the extortion companies. Thanks to them i’m now having to deal with the united utilities extortion racket for the first time in at least seven years! Angers me immensely but hey I won’t let them beat me i’ll play their games until i’m in a position to be free.
