@acidyo: Magnesium can be a great help with sleeping problems. More than 75% of all people in the western world lack magnesium. In fact: if you only eat white flour products, white rice or pasta once a month, you can be pretty sure you're deficient. Solution: Magnesium oil for the skin (make sure you get Zechstein, but the one that says 'genuine' is not...It should say: Zechstein inside...) and there is someone here selling it on Amazon in the US, I would have to find him). To get magnesium levels back to normal faster, you can also take a bath with magnesium flakes a few times a week...The skin absorbs the oil and flakes fast and makes it a better solution than supplements (which can take months..) I’ve heard this before. Even bought a bottle of magnesium oil. It did help with sleep some. I’ve forgotten about that. I’m going to start using mine again. 😊
