Usain Bolt, The Fastest Man In The World, ends his sporting career this summer, at the World Athletics Championships in London.
He performed his last solo race in the 100 metre dash on Saturday, August 5th, 2017, finishing in third place behind Christian Coleman (Silver) and Justin Gatlin (Gold).
A lot of people were disappointed, but not me!
Of course it would have been better if he won, then he could've called himself theUnstoppable,
but winning Bronze is also an achievement, and this is not the first time he has lost.
Whichever way it went, he will still go down in history as the Fastest Man In The World, breaking both records in the 100m dash (9.58 sec) and the 200m dash (19.19 sec), Wow!
What a way to go! Big respect to him for those fantastic achievements, and for staying at the top for almost ten years!
I will always remember him as the happy, go lucky guy with the big, friendly smile!
He brought back the FUN into the sport.
(I remember the days of Carl Lewis and Ben Johnson. There was just too much tension back then, it was unsettling and more driven with hatred and jealousy, as opposed to respectful sportsmanship-like competition. With Usain Bolt being a great role model and example, I could enjoy the sport knowing just how humble and fair he is.)
As a great fan of sports, I will somehow miss him and and his positive attitude, like many other great people before him too!
So I will end it on a positive note... It's not all over Yet...
Yes! He will run one more time... (Oh Yeah!!!)
He will be running in the 4x100m relay on Saturday, the 12th of August, 2017 on BBC1 around 9.50pm to 10.10pm for the final, or on TV all around the world; I'm sure they will show it.
So it will be between Jamaica and America like last time (Maybe)?
Let's hope he gets a good start this time to win again for his country, Jamaica, and all his fans and supporters, like me.

I'm hoping for Jamaica, because I love that cool, positive feeling that they carry around with them. Maybe they can do it again!
Anyway, may the best team win... and good luck to Usain Bolt in his retirement. He truly deserves it...and is a Legend forever...
