Teamwork is that: uniting weaknesses and powers to build all. In what I have fault, the other can help me. In what the other fails, I can help. One finger won't make a difference, but the hand will. Sometimes people are afraid to delegate because they don't want to be replaced by others, because there is a certain ego or lack of security, or simply to maintain control, to feel that others depend on it.
