This is my first tutorial on steemit. I intend to do more of this at least once in a week. They will always include tips to lead you to the hiding treasures around steemit.
So here is how achieve creating new STEEM account with delegation. This is a good alternative to waiting for days for steemit or paying other parties for new account.

Firstly, surf to Steem Connect web service: https://v2.steemconnect.com/accounts/create That is where to get STEEM account with delegation.

IN USERNAME
Input a unique username
Copy and save the PASSWORD in a safe place immediately as you won't have opportunity to do so after this page.
IN STEEM
input "0.500"
It would appear as your steem balance after account creation.
IN VEST
input "29700.000000" (14.5 Steem Power delegation from YOUR account to the new account).
NOTE: make sure you have 0.5 STEEM and about 14.5 STEEM POWER minimum
The form should look just like this once you're done inputting the data

Click "Continue"Enter your existing account credentials and press "Sign in" button.*

And that is it!
You've successfully created your new STEEM account. Congratulations!
If you like to see your newly created account history, you can go to https://steemd.com/@yournewusername
If you like to change your password, you can login Steemit.com, go to wallet/password and update your password there.
