It is crazy how much I would do for Barbie, because I love her, and I want her to feel special. Barbie? Yes I call her Barbie. Why? Because her name is Barbara and she is beautiful like a barbie doll, so her nickname for a long time has been Barbie. She is mine. My Barbie <3. The more recent nickname is princessa, because she started complaining about stupid things and was more lazy for various reasons and excuses. Miss excuses is another nickname. Like we say in Norway, "kjært barn har mange navn", which means dear child have many names.
However the most appropriate name today would be princess. I am taking her again from the airport tomorrow. As I had to charge the car, I took it for a spin to the nearest train station that has a charger. Put it up for charge and walked home 20 minutes in slippery snow and cold weather. Today I took a walk back to the train station and went to the nearest gas station to clean the car. The princess must have a clean car when I come to pick her up from the airport tomorrow. She deserves it with completing 4 exams in one day (from 08:00-18:00) with expected excellent grades.
Her is the result. A shining red Tesla model S. It has not been this clean since I picked it up a couple weeks ago. I am borrowing the car while waiting for the Model X I bought to arrive, estimated end of march. Follow me and you will see the pictures once I get it. Princessa does not like the Tesla Model S. You have to "climb" down as the car is low and it is a little less space for your thighs and legs in the driver side near the wheel. I get it. I guess she would prefer to be under the bridge. I remember in the beginning of relationship when she always said "I could live with you under the bridge". You can say, maybe I was too nice and made her into a princess. :P However I agree on the comfort thing, and that is why I agreed to buy a Tesla Model X. The easy to go in and out of car, high roof, lots of leg space, and panoramic window, sitting high and having better overview. Thats why I agreed to chose it as comfort is more important than looks. However she says she prefer the looks of the X than the S. I do not know if that is true or if she is just scared because it looks like a chic magnet. One time she said old guys who go to bitches have this car look. Haha, classic. However the Model X I think also looks pretty fucking cool. I remember when we borrowed a Model X, how everyone was staring. People stare even more in the S though, I must say. Personally, I like the stares. :D
Now, you might be thinking why I am parked in opposite direction of the garage. I just washed it so why am I this direction when I am going to go into the garage? Thing is, this garage is so damn tight. It is level hard to turn the car around 360 degrees inside there when there are cars parked on both sides of the garage. Therefore I prefer to reverse the car in. It doe not help that the parking is at the end of the garage so I have to go all the way. Thank Tesla that there is reversing camera on the whole screen, in addition to the mirrors it is pretty easy.
Parking is another story. The line marks are extremely tight. So I have to park as close to the wall as possible, to leave space for the second car so that we both are able to open the door. Some times I use the summon feature of the car. That is, controlling the car by the Tesla app. Then you can make the car go forward and backward by the click of a button, so then you can make the car go enough forward for you to be able to enter the car.
I am becoming a professional with this parking. I have a little bit obsession with being as close to the wall as possible. So much so, that I have to check every time how close I was to the wall after finishing the parking. This time I might have been a little bit too close for comfort, with only a centimeter or two distance from the mirror to the wall.
Even with this small space to the wall, see how close I am to the line. With the Tesla Model X, which is like 10 centimeters wider it is even worse, but I have practice from that too so should be ok.
Of course cleaning the car so its ready for drive to the airport and pick up the princess tomorrow is not enough. Obviously. I made a lot of mess so I had to clean the kitchen today. Here is the results. Nice and clean, for the princess. Princessa cannot come home to a dirty home! :O
Are you ready to be picked up in a clean red Tesla Model S by a gentleman and to come home to a nice clean home after all your hard school work, princessa @rhubarb? And maybe this gentleman will also make you homemade hamburger. You only deserved it, being such a good student and completing all those exams.
Thats all for today. Time to make myself something quick to eat and go to bed, to be ready to pickup the princess tomorrow :D

Thank you. I hope I will not hit the wall one day when I always park that close hehe. I will probably be slightly more out from the wall from now, just an extra inch or so to not come in some accident.

Thanks. The kitchen is very new. It was a complete nightmare to change it, as we ended up with a hole in a water tube and water leakage, taking ages with insurance company. But once we finally was finished, it is totally amazing kitchen! And princessa did most of the decision on what kitchen to get so you could say, she chose the kitchen. <3
