I'm their Manager. Guidance is always the way. That's what Managers do; they manage people because, in my experience, if they get half a chance, they'll slope off. 🤣
As a skilled worker, I just started my own company and now I sluff off when I want, for whatever reason I want, as long as my job is done to my standards, I can live another day.
