Entry no. 4: Bellow zero

in #blog7 years ago (edited)

Last year, winter was pretty boring. The weather was warm and no snow had fallen. It seemed like an autumn of some sorts, but without it's beautiful colors.

Until one particular morning when the temperature dropped bellow freezing. The wind was biting into my skin, the streets and sidewalks were like ice-rinks.

People around me walked with their heads down, trying to avoid the icy snow blown in all directions.

Over the night, intricate ice flowers appeared on windows and glass balconies.
I took this photo meanwhile my hands froze, but I was glad I captured this beautiful pattern.
