is something i can't agree on. It's not about how it looks, it's for legal reasons. If you use somebody else's work you should mention the source else you are more likely to get into legal troubles.. and it's not much work after all.

I think it relies on how successful you become. If you become a whale one day, which i see good chances for. If you are rich (to others), and people notice, they are more likely to sue you because they smell money.
The problem is they can even sue you for posts you did in the beginning.
