Why are we afraid?
It is because we are not used to feeling good about ourselves, that when we manage to live happy or satisfied with our achievements, we are afraid of being like that.

Today we associate happiness with sadness, we believe that the happier we are, something bad will happen to us that will make us feel unhappy, so much is our fear that we prefer not to show our happiness.
We believe that we do not deserve to be happy and that we regret unfortunately our happiness, misfortune, tragedy, among others. In the same way, it is inevitable to feel sad when we are euphoric because they are difficult emotions to understand.
We are so anxious that an unpleasant situation ends quickly that we suffer more. In the same way, that anxiety ruins us the happiness, we want so much that it never ends that we end up ruining it.

The fundamental reasons for most people did not achieve well when something good happens to them, it is because they believe that they do not deserve what is happening to them and that it is inevitable that a tragedy or misfortune will happen to them.
It is both our fear of being and feeling good that we do not want to say or that we can show that we are scared.
Definitely we prefer to say that we are wrong not to attract "the bad vibes" that can lead us to have a great disappointment, as the plans we have are not concretized.
We associate happiness with that we care about happiness, for which we do not like to be happy because we believe that the decision helps us with our well-being.
That is why the fear of happiness sums it up in the word. (Although not yet available for proper installation in this article):
Querophobia means "it is an inexplicable dread to everything that brings us joy or makes us happy"
It is not the fear of the sensation itself that we feel, but the disappointment when we manage to achieve it.
It is considered that this phobia causes people to live on the defensive and locked in their carapace to protect themselves from being hurt by those they believe are the reason for their happiness. However, they suffer because they are not happy because they feel more fragile to be offended.
Since children we have lived with the belief that something bad will happen after the good, or when they say "something bad is going to happen to me today because I have laughed a lot", we get so used to that ideology that it is difficult to replace it when we are adults.

Some people are convinced that love represents suffering and loss of equality, so they reject demonstrations of affection; others have in mind that they were born to suffer and that it is a sin to be happy, that God punishes for wanting to have material or luxury goods.
We must bear in mind that we all deserve to be happy for the simple fact of existing, we have the right to love, to have a job, to progress, to live without fears, without prejudice, to fully enjoy our activities.
Let's decide to be happy without fears, without mania, obsessions, distrust and worries; only then can we judge our lives in the best way. That is my message to you, I hope it has served you, see you in the next post.
