Coming to Cambodia part 1
Hi Steem friends
Several years ago back in the Netherlands I worked as a general manager in hospitality,great job because I only worked 7 months a year.
I remember it's was on a Friday evening when a couple came in. The where in company of friends of mine. During the evening we started to have a conversation and I asked what they are doing in their daily lives. The told me they are running a resort on Koh Rong in Cambodia. They showed me pictures of their place and the island and it is so beautiful.. real paradise! 
Luckily for me I had 5 months spare time so I didn't hesitate and out of the blue.. I asked the question: If you're looking for a bartender I got some time this winter. They looked at me and answered: that would be great! I was so excited ofcourse so Roy(owner Palm Beach Resort)said to me I come back in two weeks so we can discuss the details. I agreed and in the period of those two weeks I did some research about the island and Cambodia because I never traveled to Asia.
The weeks past by and Roy came back to visit me we discussed about the details of the work and things I would be doing at their place. All set and done it was time to prepare myself…
Tip for travellers to Cambodia.
Dollars
Good to know is that Cambodia have the dollar currency. But be advised that you don't have damaged biljets.. like cracks, fold corners, stains,ink marks and make sure it's new they don't accept old biljets or as written above.
