Silence is a good refuge, it allows us to isolate ourselves from outside noise to find calm and peace. Some people hate silence, but I particularly like it. I wouldn't want to spend my whole life in absolute silence, but I do enjoy those moments of calm.
Silence helps us make decisions with a clearer mind and also benefits the concentration process.

El silencio es un buen refugio, nos permite aislarnos del ruido exterior para encontrar la calma y la paz. Algunas personas odian el silencio, pero a mí particularmente me gusta. No me gustaría pasar toda mi vida en absoluto silencio, pero sí disfruto de esos momentos de calma.
