My wife didn't want to go through the effort of making all of the accompaniments for which this particular meal called. So, she improvised. We're big fans of Salmon as a matter of course, so it was easy to simplify things. The Potatoes and Kale were really well seasoned--very tasty. A fork full of salmon along with those two things made for an exciting and fulfilling dinner:
