Sports are always usefull for health. It helps to rejuvinate the moods of the person. For some people it is recreational acitivity which they perform in their leisure time.
Sports are beneficial for health too. As our body muscules get stratched which helps to keep fit. Moreover, by playing sports people become role model for the youth. Recognization can get by playing for country.
It is not just important for health and good looking. For me the most great feeling of exercises are the vitality that you have when end some routine/sport. Is most seems like happiness.
